What is X-PERT Weight?

X-PERT Weight is NOT a fad diet. It is a science-backed programme to effectively lose and sustain weight loss through controlling your hormones that regulate appetite and improving fat burning strategies.

X-PERT Weight is a 12-week programme which is evidence based, offered via either Group Sessions, a Web App of the full programme or a Resource Folder packed full of nutrition and health information, support tools, tips, practical suggestions, recipes, food diary templates and much much more.

Losing weight is no easy task, the ‘eat less, move more’ theory has not been shown to work. Steering away from this traditional weight loss message, X-PERT Weight instead focuses on the latest scientific evidence and explores  factors that can affect weight such as stress, sleep, gut bacteria and metabolism.

The programme supports participants in adopting a Low Carbohydrate, Mediterranean or Intermittent Fasting dietary approach to meet their goals.
