What is X-PERT Weight?
An empowering and fun programme that focuses on the latest scientific understanding of weight loss, where you will learn how your body uses food and how different dietary approaches impact your weight and wellbeing.
Effective for both individuals and as a workplace wellbeing programme, it has proven to help create a more motivated and fulfilled workforce. Participants feel that the holistic approach delivers benefits beyond weight loss. The sense of taking control, planning ahead and developing coping mechanisms to manage stress leads to a purpose driven attitude.
Available as a Group Programme (12 weekly sessions, each lasting 1.5 hrs) or via a WebApp. The Resource Folder can also be purchased independently, which is packed full of nutrition and health information, support tools, tips, practical suggestions, recipes, food diary templates and much much more.
Losing weight is no easy task, the ‘eat less, move more’ theory has not been shown to work.
